Accepting Applications for the 2019-2020 Undergraduate Certificate in Developmental Disabilities Program

The Sonoran UCEDD is accepting applications for next year’s Certificate Program. We are very pleased to be able to offer the Undergraduate Certificate in Developmental Disabilities for academic year 2019-2020! The interdisciplinary program provides students with a good foundation in disability related research, policy and practices, and serves as an additional credential for those students who anticipate working with a disability agency or studying at the graduate level.

The 12-credit certificate is administratively located in the Sonoran Center for Excellence in Disabilities in Family and Community Medicine, and students completing the certificate will officially be considered UCEDD trainees. Students from any discipline are welcome to apply.

Students must complete the application and submit their transcript and resume to the UCEDD by JANUARY 31, 2019. Interviews will take place in February with decisions made by Spring Break.
