I'm Jodie, an undergraduate student at the University of Arizona seeking a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. I am majoring in Physiology and Medical Sciences, and minoring in Special Education and Rehabilitation. I am currently an intern at the Arizona Kidney Disease and Hypertension Center, as well as playing a role in research with Agave Pediatrics concerning tongue ties in babies! My career goal is to attend medical school and become a pediatric emergency doctor. Through my academic and extracurricular experiences, I have gained a large interest in studying developmental disabilities where I can apply this knowledge in the future to better support my patients.
